Fit Friday – Your Own Personal Trainer

Are you in an exercise rut?  My Gym Trainer will pull you out in no time!  You just choose a level, and pop a card out of the 3 ring binder.  The card will let you know what your cardio and strength training moves will be for that day.  I love it!  Their website looks awesome…lots of different options to meet the needs of anyone who wants to bust a move.
