Fit Friday – Get Decked!

My Mom has been trying out Jillian Michaels Hot Bod In A Box workout cards.  I am a big fan of using workout decks to get a no brainer workout in.  They kind of remind me of using flash cards to memorize my times tables.  You just flip through the cards and they tell you what to do, how to do it, and how many times you should complete the exercise.  Her box of cards has 72 different exercises in it – enough to switch it up and make it interesting every time.  I have also used Fit Deck and Sane Fit boxes of cards.  They are both awesome!  So if you want to start adding in different strength training workouts, just pick up a deck of workout cards…you can even do one or two cards during commercial breaks while you watch your favorite TV show.
