Kim from Kim’s Blank Canvas tagged me this week! I have to now share 5 things about myself with you. I’m going to try to make them things that you don’t already know. So here it goes….
- I can’t stand cotton balls! I hate the feel of them and the sound they make when you rub them. It makes the hair on my arms go up. Yuck! I can’t even stand to think about cotton balls.
- I have never missed an episode of Survivor. Survivor actually was the show that made me get TIVO. I would stress out so bad if I was at Riley’s soccer practice on Thursday evenings…I drove pretty fast to get home….soooo I think TIVO may have actually saved us from a car accident
Life is so much better with TIVO! - I am obsessed with CVS. I get pumped every time I walk out of that place with a fist-full of ECB’s. It is such a high!! (ECB’s are the paper “gift cards” that spit out of the register). I sit down every Sunday with the paper and write out a plan on how to get free merchandise and tons of ECBs. It is way better than Sudoko.
- After I run the ING with my mom this month I am going to run the Peachtree Roadrace (if I get a number) with some of my girlfriends from work. I am psyched!!
- I teach preschool two days a week at my church. This is where I get my “baby fix”. This year my class consists of 6 little boys…they are so sweet. It is so much fun to spend time with toddlers - they are so cute! What you might not know is that my mom was a preschool teacher too.

What happened to the free sports bra? I couldn’t access from work, but when I got home, it wasn’t even on the site?? Am I crazy!???
What did you think about all the changes at Kicks??? I was stunned, as I am sure Kristen and all were!!! There’s the almighty dollar at work!! (or lack of!)

first some technical help..how do I “link to my tagger” ?? I am a novice remember? one fun fact: i hate to eat icecream off of a wooden spoon. ick it makes me gag thinking of those little icecream cups that come with the flat wooden spoon.
You and my bassett hound Milo hate cotton balls. If Milo is being really annoying I can make him run by holding up a bag of cotton balls. I simply say “Milo, look!” and off he runs. But to his credit he has a reason to run, he hates getting his extra long ears cleaned out and yep you guessed it I use cotton balls.
